And the winner is...

The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce hosted the 40th Annual 4th of July Parade on Monday, July 4, 2022. After a sunny day filled with community events, the results are in!

3rd Place Float: Pinky G's

This local's and visitor's favorite pizza joint came out with a strong showing! Pinky G's employees danced and waived to lead out the famous Pinky G's pizza truck. But it was Jackson's Biggest Rock Star, Tim McLaurin, who really won the crowd (and judges) over. McLaurin did what he's become so well-known for - danced in the door of the truck with a sign that said "honk if you like these dance moves".
Now open late, Pinky G's is spreading happiness and pizza both along the parade route and every night from their restuarant just off Town Square.

2nd Place Float: Willow Creek Horseback Rides & Pack Trips

A group of about 15 riders on horseback waited patiently for their float to be called, then they erupted into cheers. A leading horse rode out to be front and center of the crowd, and started performing rodeo tricks that had kids (literally) jumping for joy. The horse spun on an axis, walked backwards, and showed off incredible skill and ability when the pressure was on.

1st Place Float: Premier Green Cleaning

This was the first year that dinosaurs joined Jackson 4th of July Parade. And they came out in force! About 10 inflated dinosaurs walked the entire parade toure, passing out candy along the way. The dinos were followed by a full float filled with employees and families. But this float entry didn't stop there! Another car, who looked like it may be part of the Teton County Fair's famous Figure 4 Races, rounded out this well-attended and highly-energized entry.
The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and our judges are proud to present Premier Green Cleaning the 1st Place award for the 2022 Jackson Hole 4th of July Parade. First place includes free entry into next year's parade and major bragging rights for the whole year!

The fearless judges deserve a shout out as well! They didn't back down from the challenge of picking only 3 top place floats from a total of 67 entries! Thanks to our three community judges!!

The 4th of July is always a celebration in Jackson, WY, including this parade which attracts ~5,000 spectators, the Lion's Club Breakfast in the morning, concerts throughout the area and throughout the day, and fireworks over both resorts. Here's a few of our favorite highlights.
